Day 1: Option No. 1
08:30 – Pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai and departure northbound.
Our first stop will be Dantewada Land of Angels Waterfall Park — beautifully landscaped gardens featuring artificial waterfalls, lush tropical vegetation, and scenic walking paths.
We will then continue to Bua Tong Sticky Waterfalls, famously known as the “Sticky Waterfalls” — unique limestone waterfalls that allow visitors to climb directly on the rocks without slipping.
From there, we head toward Mae Ngat Dam, one of the largest reservoirs in the Chiang Mai region. We will take a boat ride into the heart of the lake, where floating restaurants and floating raft houses are located.
Lunch will be served at one of the floating restaurants on the water. Guests can relax, swim in the lake, or rent a kayak and paddle around the reservoir.
Afterwards, we continue the scenic drive toward Pai. The route winds through mountain ridges with several panoramic viewpoints overlooking Northern Thailand’s landscapes.
Upon arrival in Pai, check-in at the hotel.
The evening will be free at leisure to explore the famous night market, known for its handmade crafts, local street food, and the unique laid-back atmosphere of the town.
Day 1: Option No. 2
08:00 – Pick-up from your hotel for a visit of approximately two hours at an ethical elephant sanctuary. The experience focuses on respectful and responsible interaction with the elephants and includes feeding and bathing them together in the river.
We will then continue to the riverside for a relaxing bamboo rafting experience accompanied by a local boatman. The gentle ride passes through lush tropical scenery and peaceful jungle surroundings.
(Between July and October, bamboo rafting can be replaced with white-water rafting in rubber boats, depending on river conditions.)
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant along the way.
On the drive toward Pai, we will stop at Mok Fa Waterfall for a short walk and the opportunity to swim in the natural pool.
Before arriving in Pai, we will visit the historic Pai Memorial Bridge and the spectacular viewpoint at Pai Canyon.
